Boreal Mountain California has several lift pass options including day lift tickets, night pass and season pass. Below is a breakdown of the lift passes and the key differences between the passes.

Day Lift Ticket

Boreal Mountain offers daily tickets, Go Time Tickets. This ticket gives you daily access to Boreal Mountain California and you have the option to select your start time to ski and ride until 8 pm. The Go Time tickets are one price for all ages 6 and above. The Micro lift tickets are available for children 5 and under. Tickets must be purchased online or reloaded to your OnePass Card. Online purchases can be redeemed at the Mountain Services contactless pick-up kiosks located outside the Boreal Base Lodge.

  • Cost: Price varies depending on the start time. Ranges from $69 - $99 for a 1-day adult ticket (prices subject to change).
  • Days Valid at Boreal Mountain California: Valid for the set days you’ve purchased the ticket. 
  • Ideal for: Unplanned ski vacation or a last-minute day trip to Boreal Mountain California. 

Season Pass

Unlimited Pass: This pass allows you to ski and ride unlimited from 9 am-8 pm at Boreal Mountain California throughout the season. With the purchase of an Adult Unlimited Pass, you can get a free Child Unlimited Pass for ages 12 and under plus discounted buddy passes and a Woodward session. The  Kids Ride Free Pass must be picked up and printed onsite at the Mountain Services desk, located on the first floor of the Boreal Base Lodge.

Night Pass: This pass allows you to access Boreal Mountain California from 3 pm-8 pm throughout the season. Additional benefits include one discounted buddy pass and one free WW Bunker Session.

Boreal Mountain California Ski and Snowboard Lessons

Boreal Mountain California Ski and Snowboard School offers group and private for all ability levels. 

  • Group Lesson: This lesson is a 90 minutes ski or snowboard lesson catered for first-timer, beginner and Intermediate level for ages 4 and above. There is also a 3-lesson package available, Take 3 Ride Free. This package includes 3 lessons (first-timer, beginner and 1of your choice) rentals, lift tickets and a free season pass after you complete all your lesson.
  • Private Lesson: This is a customized 60-minute or 2-hour lesson for ages 3 and above. This can be a one-on-one private lesson or a private group lesson with friends or family.

Some important things to note:

  • Group Lessons always include all-day rentals and a lift ticket. Private lessons require the purchase of a separate lift ticket/season pass and equipment.
  • Lesson spots are limited so it is recommended that you book early. Bookings open in the fall.

Located at Boreal Base Lodge. The Boreal Bar offers a relaxed atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. It serves a variety of pub-style food, including burgers, sandwiches, and appetizers, along with a selection of beverages.
