The night skiing is so much fun and definitely worth doing, unfortunately every time we went the snow cover wasn’t very good and there were a lot of icey patches and rocks all over even on the mail trails... More

Coro as it's called by those familiar with the resort is a very family orientated resort, being a lot lower than all the other resorts it tends to get icy very quickly as snow washes out a lot of the time when it's snowing up remarks, cardys or TC.

Coronet Peak is a fun resort but you only need a day or two there. It has some nice steep terrain and the views from up top are amazing. The two main problems with the resort are firstly the crowds. It tends to be one of the most popular resorts because it is close to Queenstown. Secondly, the snow can be icy because of the aspect. Having said that... More
